Yes. It is designed to slide directly into any standard 2-inch (50mm x 50mm) square hitch receiver commonly fitted to 4WDs, utes, and SUVs. It uses your standard hitch pin and clip for quick, secure installation.
What is the weight capacity of the step?Are any purchases final sale?

The step is built with structural 50x50mm aluminium tubing and solid Australian hardwood, engineered to easily support up to 130 kg (330 lbs) of downward weight for everyday step access.
 How does the timber hold up to rain, mud, and sun?

Australian Hardwood is one of the world's most durable timber available, naturally resistant to rot and weather. Every step is treated with a high-grade penetrating timber oil before shipping. To keep the wood looking fresh, we recommend re-applying your preferred deck or timber oil once or twice a year.
Will it trip my reversing sensors or affect my ground clearance?

The Little Ledge features a slimline design to keep a compact profile behind your bumper, minimizing impact on your rear departure angle. On most standard setups, it sits clear of factory reverse sensors, though bumper layout can vary by vehicle model.
 Is the timber surface slippery when wet?

No. The natural grain of raw, oiled hardwood provides superior natural traction compared to smooth plastic or bare metal, maintaining solid foot grip even when your boots are wet or muddy.
